Reservation Policies and Key Dates

Important: By clicking "Book My Stay" for the PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027, you agree to the event terms and conditions.

Deposit Information

A valid credit card is required to guarantee all reservations.
The hotel will charge the first night's room and tax approximately 1-2 weeks before the event.
Remaining room and tax charges are due at hotel check-out.
Cancellation and deposit refund policies vary by hotel. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details.

Reservation Deadline

August 20, 2027: All names, requests, changes, and cancellations are due to the PACK EXPO Hotel Reservation Office. Unassigned rooms or rooms without guest name(s) will be cancelled after this date.

Booking Information

No deposit is required at the time of booking.
Rates do not include applicable taxes or resort fees.
All reservations are subject to review and verification of PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2027 registration.

Hotel Availability

Hotels not displayed in the booking system are sold out and no longer available.

Group Reservations

For room blocks of more than 20 rooms please complete a Group Block Request Form.
